Centroid is hiring a full-time Middleware Support Engineer / WebSphere Administrator in Hyderabad, India, to provide production support for U.S.-based managed services clients. The role covers monitoring, incident triage, application and middleware deployment, troubleshooting, patching, SSL and authentication administration, automation scripting, documentation, and on-call coverage. Candidates need at least 8 years of middleware, production support, or enterprise application support experience, including hands-on IBM WebSphere Application Server administration, and must be available to cover U.S. business hours from India.
