Description
Comood GmbH is hiring a Property Accountant to manage accounting for owned and third-party property, including invoicing, rent and deposit entries, open-account reconciliation, monthly and annual closing, lease analysis, collections, and communication with tenants, owners, authorities, service providers, and banks. The role also involves maintaining master data and deposit accounts, monitoring deadlines, and requires a commercial education or degree, several years of experience in a comparable or debtor/creditor-accounting position, preferably in property accounting, strong MS Office and Excel skills, and familiarity with ix-Haus.
