The role involves welding metal components with MIG, TIG, and plasma processes, setting up and changing over the plasma corner welder, maintaining production output and quality standards, inspecting materials and finished products, and following safety procedures. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one consecutive year of MIG/TIG welding experience, welder-setup ability, hand-tool proficiency, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work mandated shifts and pass a drug screen.
