Description
Blend is hiring a Senior Migration and Modernization Engineer to lead large-client cloud transformation initiatives, migrating on-premises workloads to AWS and modernizing legacy applications into scalable cloud-native architectures. The role covers technical discovery, migration planning and execution, AWS architecture design, infrastructure-as-code, well-architected reviews, security, performance, cost optimization, documentation, and technical mentoring. Candidates need at least five years of software engineering experience focused on cloud and migration, practical AWS experience, Terraform or CloudFormation, container and Kubernetes knowledge, Python or Java, and CI/CD experience.
