TMF Group is hiring a full-time Migration Project Manager in Bogota, Colombia to lead complex client data migration projects from legacy platforms to strategic target platforms. The role manages multiple concurrent migrations across countries, regions, and legal entities; oversees schedules, rehearsals, cutover plans, governance, data quality, stakeholder communication, defects, and project closure; and coordinates with HR, payroll, benefits, compliance, technology, and client teams. Candidates need 12–15 years of technology experience, including 8–10 years in project and program management, a bachelor’s degree, PMP certification, strong migration and HR/payroll implementation experience, and proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Project, Project Accelerator, and Monday.com.
