The role coordinates and maintains MILCON governance documents, programmatic criteria, project authorization requests, congressional notification packages, DD Form 1391 packages, and related analysis and reporting. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least one year of facility and infrastructure experience, Secret clearance, English proficiency, and successful federal background, motor vehicle record, and drug screening. It is a hybrid role with up to four onsite days at the Pentagon in Washington, DC, with an expected salary of $65,000 to $75,000.
