Description
The overnight and weekend Milieu Supervisor provides operational oversight for Mishkon ICF/IRA residences during overnight, weekend, and Jewish holiday shifts. The role supervises and trains overnight and weekend staff, monitors staffing, safety, treatment-plan compliance, emergency preparedness, documentation, medication administration, incident reporting, audits, and kosher observance, and escalates clinical, staffing, safety, or regulatory concerns. The position requires at least three years of experience working with the I/DD population and one year of supervisory experience, along with a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, current AMAP and CPR certification, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and HER/EMAR systems.
