Description
The Children's Home of Reading is hiring a full-time, second-shift Milieu Supervisor for its Residential Enhanced Level of Care Program serving male adolescents ages 12 to 18. The role supervises staff, schedules daily activities, supports clients and staff, participates in weekend rotations, and may require overtime. Compensation is $25.00 per hour with DailyPay, medical, dental, and vision insurance available after 30 days of employment, and other benefits. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an associate's degree with at least one year of youth experience, a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and successful pre-employment screening.
