Description
Washington State University is hiring a full-time, permanent Milker at the Knott Dairy Center in Pullman, Washington. The role performs daily milking of approximately 150–180 Holstein cows in a double-six herringbone parlor, maintains milking and milk-storage equipment, sanitizes dairy work areas, manages supplies, trains and supervises students, monitors herd and udder health, assists with calving, and supports research sample and data collection. The position rotates between day and night shifts every three months and requires at least two years of farm or livestock-maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for extended hours.
