Val-Matic Valve is hiring CNC Machine Operators to set up and operate conventional manual, special-purpose, and CNC machines to fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts. The role includes loading and unloading parts, performing inspections, maintaining equipment, managing production programs, troubleshooting, and supporting new-employee training. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of previous experience, shop math and language skills, VTL operation or setup ability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position pays $22–$30 per hour and includes health, dental, and vision insurance plus other benefits.
