Description
The Mill/Operator transports mill products by tractor and trailer within mill and yard areas, inspects and maintains equipment, coordinates deliveries with customers and mill employees, follows safety procedures, and assists with general yard duties. The role requires a 12-hour swing shift, outdoor and indoor work, physical lifting and climbing, and basic vehicle and equipment operation. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with 1–2 years of similar industrial, trucking, or heavy equipment experience; pay is $17 per hour with paid time off, health benefits, and ancillary benefits.
