Description
The Mill Excellence Leader Mainz will support the Mainz mill as part of the ManEx team by driving Explore initiatives, shaping improvement content, building a local subject-matter-expert network, supporting change processes, planning and tracking initiatives, resolving obstacles, preparing approvals, and coordinating with mill teams, Controlling, other Mill Excellence Leaders, and the ManEx Lead. The role requires an engineering or business-engineering degree, several years of leadership experience, knowledge of fully automated manufacturing and Lean methods, strong communication and coordination skills, and fluent German and English.
