Description
The Mill Helper supports continuous pipe-mill production by assisting operators with equipment setup, maintenance, changeovers, mill stops, inspections, housekeeping, and material handling. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of pipe-mill experience, basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills, manual dexterity, and knowledge of mill processes and welding. Forklift and overhead-crane operation may be required, and the position may require overtime and weekend work.
