Description
INX International is hiring Mill/Mixer Operators to manufacture high-quality printing ink. The role involves running ink batches, operating mills and mixers, packaging and labeling products, maintaining equipment, weighing and mixing batches, creating formula databases, performing quality-control liaison duties, troubleshooting, and assisting with repacks. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, three months of related work experience, basic math and computer skills, attention to detail, reliability, flexibility for overtime, strong autonomous-maintenance knowledge, teamwork, punctuality, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with training provided for eligible candidates.
