The role involves running ink batches, operating mills and mixers, packaging and labeling products, maintaining equipment, weighing and mixing batches, creating formula databases, performing quality-control liaison duties, completing maintenance and troubleshooting, and assisting with repacking. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, three months of related work experience, basic math and computer skills, attention to detail, reliability, flexibility for overtime, an autonomous maintenance background, teamwork ability, punctuality, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
