INX-West Chicago is hiring an Ink Technician - Mill Operators to manufacture high-quality printing ink in a first-shift role from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The position operates milling equipment, supports production with press-out units, pumps, filters, and forklifts, packages and labels products, maintains equipment to TPM standards, and participates in improvement projects. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, attention to detail, reliability, flexibility for overtime, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; related manufacturing experience and forklift experience are preferred. Compensation is $21.00 to $28.00 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
