INX International is hiring Mill Operators to manufacture high-quality printing ink. The role involves running ink batches, packaging and labeling finished product, maintaining and troubleshooting Hockmeyer mills and related equipment, managing ink formulas and processing data, supporting quality control, and assisting with repacking. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, three months of work-related experience, basic math and computer skills, attention to detail, reliability, flexibility for overtime, strong autonomous maintenance knowledge, teamwork ability, good attendance and punctuality, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
