Description
INX International is hiring Mill Operators to manufacture high-quality printing ink. The role involves running ink batches, weighing and mixing batches, packaging and labeling finished product, operating mills, mixers, press-out units, pump filters, and forklifts, maintaining equipment to TPM standards, troubleshooting, recording ink data, and assisting with repacking. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, at least three months of work-related experience, basic math and computer skills, attention to detail, reliability, flexibility for overtime, strong autonomous maintenance knowledge, teamwork ability, good attendance and punctuality, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
