Description
Vale Base Metals is hiring a Mill Operator 4 for its Concentrator Operations team in Voisey’s Bay, Labrador, on a permanent on-site, fly-in fly-out schedule of two weeks on and two weeks off. The role operates and monitors mineral-processing equipment across crushing, grinding, flotation, dewatering, reagents, paste plant, tailings, water management, and control-room circuits; troubleshoots mechanical and process problems; completes operator reports; performs minor repairs; and supports progression to Mill Operator 1. Applicants need Grade 10 or equivalent education, at least three years of mineral-processing plant operating experience, and familiarity with concentrator processes and safe work practices. The position offers variable annual incentive compensation, pension participation, comprehensive benefits, leave, training, and accommodation, but does not provide immigration, work-permit, or permanent-residence sponsorship.
