The role involves running ink batches, packaging, cleaning and maintaining machinery, weighing and mixing batches, operating a Hockmeyer mill, creating a formula database, canning, and operating press out units, pump filter equipment, and forklifts. Mill Operators also act as a QC liaison, perform maintenance and troubleshooting, and assist with repacks.
