Description
INX International is seeking Mill Operators to manufacture high-quality printing ink. The role involves operating a Mill Machine, running batches of ink, packaging finished products, cleaning and maintaining machinery, weighing and mixing batches, operating a Hockmeyer mill, creating and maintaining a formula database, canning, operating press out units, pump filter equipment, and forklifts, acting as a QC liaison, completing maintenance, troubleshooting, and assisting with repacks. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 3 months of work-related experience, good math and basic computer skills, attention to detail, reliability, flexibility for overtime, a strong Autonomous Maintenance (AM) background, ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams, good attendance, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift experience and a background in mixing, mill, and pump filter industry are a plus.
