Lignetics is hiring a Mill Equipment Operator to operate and adjust two pellet mills, perform raw-material and finished-pellet quality testing, troubleshoot equipment, maintain feed rates and rolls, and support shift operations. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, physical ability to lift up to 80 pounds and stand for up to 12 hours, and the ability to work in confined spaces and high-temperature or humid areas.
