Mill Operator at Linked, LLC

Linked, LLC is seeking a Mill Operator for a contract-to-hire, full-time first-shift position starting at 6:00 AM. The role operates and monitors milling equipment, sets up and adjusts machinery, loads and unloads materials and finished products, inspects products for quality and dimensional accuracy, maintains production and inspection records, performs basic maintenance and cleaning, and follows safety and production procedures. Prior experience with mills, industrial manufacturing equipment, CNC, machining, fabrication, or metal manufacturing is preferred, along with mechanical aptitude, hand-tool and measuring skills, basic math, and the ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
