Mill Operator at Mennel's

Mennel Milling is hiring a full-time Mill Operator in Roanoke, Virginia, on a 12-hour rotating schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with weekend and holiday availability as needed. The role operates and maintains flour-milling production processes, coordinates flour transfers, performs quality and food-safety testing, adjusts wheat cleaning and tempering, performs routine maintenance, supports sanitation and SOP compliance, and may cover for the Head Miller or Shift Miller. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while 1–3 years of flour milling, food production, or manufacturing experience is preferred; the position also requires respirator fit testing and proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer software.
