Description
The Mill Operator reports to the Production Supervisor and performs semi-skilled mill maintenance and operations to manufacture feed. Responsibilities include operating a computer-programmed batching system, process equipment, powered industrial vehicles, and other machinery; assisting with start-up and shut-down; troubleshooting; maintaining records and quality documentation; sampling inbound and outbound loads; and performing general housekeeping. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one to two years of warehouse, industrial, or production experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 55 pounds. The position is full-time, regular, and scheduled for a night shift in Hereford, Texas.
