Description
PCA is hiring a Mill Operator to support a manufacturing operation by assisting with plant and mill-floor work, increasing productivity, reducing downtime and waste, maintaining equipment and safety standards, and following lock-out/tag-out procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, willingness to work overtime, weekends, and a seven-day swing shift, along with strong communication and teamwork skills. Experience in packaging, mill, or other manufacturing environments is preferred. The starting salary is $25.81 per hour, with paid vacation, holidays, medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, and other benefits.
