Farm Service Elevator is hiring a full-time Mill Operator to batch, pellet, medicate, store, and bag poultry feed while maintaining safety, housekeeping, preventative maintenance, and SQF records. The role operates on a day shift from 7 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday, with a Saturday rotation as needed, and requires a high school diploma or GED, agricultural experience, equipment-operation skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding work. The position offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a Health Savings Account with company match, a 401K match, paid time off, and other benefits, with a starting wage of $21.72-$25.04.
