INX-West Chicago is hiring a Mill Operator to manufacture high-quality printing ink on a second shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with possible first-shift training for up to 90 days. The role operates milling equipment, supports production with press-out units, pumps, filters, and forklifts, packages and labels products, maintains equipment under TPM standards, and collaborates with R&D, production, scheduling, quality, and maintenance teams. Compensation is $21.00 to $24.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, pet insurance, HSA, FSA, and 401(k).
