Description
Mennel is hiring a Mill Superintendent in Newton, North Carolina to lead milling and elevator operations in a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule. The role oversees safe, efficient, compliant production; hires, trains, and develops employees; manages equipment inventories and preventative maintenance; maintains food-safety and sanitation programs; and drives continuous improvement across grain handling, wheat and flour operations, and cross-departmental collaboration. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, along with 5–10 years of progressive leadership experience in grain handling, milling, food manufacturing, or industrial operations.
