SchapfenMühle GmbH & Co. KG is hiring a Miller / Process Technologist for Flour Mill and Grain Processing to independently operate cleaning, grinding, calibrating, cracking, drying, steaming, and flaking machines in its peeling mill. The role is responsible for product quality, documentation, minor machine maintenance, hygiene, and safety, and requires miller or process technologist training, quality awareness, teamwork, resilience, and willingness to work in a three-shift system. The position is based at the company’s peeling mill in Ulm-Jungingen, Germany.
