Matrix Plastic Products, Inc. is hiring an experienced Milling CNC Programmer/Operator in Bloomingdale, Illinois to program, set up, and operate CNC milling equipment for precision components used in plastic injection molds. The role works closely with engineering, mold makers, EDM operators, and quality staff to produce high-quality tooling that meets dimensional requirements and production schedules, and requires strong CAM, blueprint/GD&T, machining, and inspection skills. The position is in-person, full-time hours are expected, and the company offers hourly pay plus standard benefits.
