Description
The Millman operates and maintains milling machinery to process raw materials into finished products, adjusts machine settings, monitors production, performs equipment inspections, coordinates schedules, maintains records, and assists in training new staff. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and the ability to operate hand and power tools and material-handling equipment; six months of related experience is preferred. The position involves frequent standing, walking, sitting, lifting or pushing up to 75 pounds, and wearing personal protective equipment.
