Description
The Millwork Drafting Technician supports multiple engineering and production projects by tracking tasks, preparing communications, developing construction details, completing submittals, and producing production drawings. The role uses AutoCAD and Microvellum, processes releases and CAM software, annotates as-built drawings, and collaborates with engineering, production, and project management teams. It requires a high school diploma or GED, AutoCAD drafting experience, architectural drawing knowledge, millwork fabrication knowledge, MS Office proficiency, and strong communication skills; a bachelor’s degree and three or more years of relevant drafting and architectural millwork experience are preferred.
