Description
The Millwright — Field Service role performs scheduled maintenance, shutdowns, installations, equipment moves, rigging, and breakdown calls for industrial equipment across food, building materials, automotive, aggregates, chemicals, and automation sectors. The work is mostly field-based with some shop work, primarily in the corridor between London and Milton and extending into the Greater Toronto Area. Candidates need significant millwright experience, willingness to travel to customer sites, and their own hand tools; the employer supplies specialty tools, power tools, and PPE. The schedule is mostly straight days, with nights, weekends, and long stretches during shutdowns and projects. Compensation is $35–$45 hourly, with overtime after eight hours per day, and benefits include drug, dental, vision, RRSP matching, a fabrication shop, in-house electricians, safety gear, and a referral bonus.
