Description
The Plant Equipment Maintenance Technician maintains the condition of plant equipment, systems, and structures at grain, feed, and agronomy facilities by performing inspections, repairs, and modifications. The role also handles outside quote comparisons, cross-divisional support, project prioritization, and project supervision. Candidates should have mechanical or maintenance experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in adverse weather, climb ladders, work from heights, and in confined spaces. A valid driver’s license and compliance with driver qualification standards are required.
