Description
The Millwright will troubleshoot, install, align, dismantle, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical equipment to improve reliability and uptime. The role communicates maintenance needs with operations associates, follows safety and environmental procedures, and works in a demanding industrial environment with flexible scheduling, on-call, weekend, overtime, and holiday requirements. Required qualifications include United States work authorization, 5–10 years of Millwright experience, a high school diploma or GED, TWIC, industrial equipment installation and repair experience, basic computer record-keeping knowledge, and good communication skills. Preferred qualifications include extensive industrial mechanical maintenance experience, precision alignment, precision measuring tools, and laser alignment capability.
