Description
The Millwright installs, maintains, aligns, repairs, and reassembles specialty and heavy machinery and equipment; assists with relocation; troubleshoots mechanical issues; fabricates tools and rigging; and supports foundation construction and heavy-load handling. The role requires at least three years of millwright or comparable construction-service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, a valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one, and the ability to work physically in varying heights, outdoor or non-temperature-controlled environments, and with moving machinery. Advanced Millwright positions may require supervision, employee-life-cycle knowledge, jack-skating and leveling-tool expertise, and safety-protocol mentoring.
