Description
The Millwright will install, align, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment at NCS’s De Pere, Wisconsin manufacturing facility. The role includes preventive maintenance, mechanical and hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting, blueprint interpretation, part fabrication, equipment calibration, safety procedures, and coordination with production and engineering teams. Candidates need 3–5 years of millwright, industrial mechanic, or comparable mechanical maintenance experience, along with knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems; manufacturing or industrial equipment experience, welding or fabrication experience, forklift certification, and CMMS experience are preferred.
