Description
The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing facility equipment, buildings, machines, cranes, sprinkler systems, heaters, furnaces, doors, windows, and roofs. The role includes receiving work orders, troubleshooting, completing maintenance logs, retrieving parts, coordinating with vendors, and performing welding and cutting. It is performed in an 8-hour shift environment within a foundry and machine shop, with exposure to outdoor temperatures, vibration, awkward positions, and physical lifting.
