Custom Agri Systems is hiring an experienced Millwright Foreman in Fergus Falls, Minnesota to lead and supervise millwright crews on industrial construction and installation projects. The role combines crew leadership with hands-on work, including equipment installation, alignment, rigging, maintenance, ironwork, fabrication, troubleshooting, plan interpretation, safety oversight, and coordination with customers and project management. Candidates should have millwright or related industrial mechanical experience, crew leadership experience, mechanical troubleshooting ability, and the ability to read plans and drawings. The position offers competitive pay of $28+ per hour, paid drive time, paid time off, holiday pay, boot reimbursement, company-provided tools and PPE, and advancement opportunities.
