The role leads and coordinates millwright staff while performing or overseeing the installation, alignment, repair, maintenance, and welding of industrial machinery and equipment. Responsibilities include quality inspection, customer and vendor liaison, production tracking, problem resolution, and work in both indoor and outdoor industrial settings. The position requires at least three years of experience, with NCCER or AWS certification or completion of a related accredited technical program preferred.
