Description
The Millwright Lead manages large-scale crews performing new construction and maintenance work, while providing safety training, coaching, team development, and performance management. The role also troubleshoots, installs, aligns, dismantles, repairs, and maintains industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. It requires substantial millwright or supervision experience, project and turnaround work, industrial equipment maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, TWIC eligibility, and US work authorization. The position involves physically demanding industrial work, including confined-space work, and may require flexible hours, on-call availability, weekends, overtime, and holidays.
