Description
The Regional Mine Technology Support Coordinator will coordinate technology support for mine operations at Serra Norte and Serra Leste, ensure the availability of critical 24x7 systems, manage technology product lifecycles and support contracts, lead approximately 10 professionals, and handle critical incidents. The role requires higher education in technology or engineering, experience with application support, critical environments, distributed teams, incidents, and mine operations, along with knowledge of contract management, compliance, and internal controls. The position is based in Canaã dos Carajás, Pará, Brazil, with a 08:00–17:00 schedule and availability for critical requests outside business hours.
