KoBold is hiring a full-time remote Mineral Exploration Data Scientist to develop and deploy hardware and software for mineral exploration, including sensor design, data acquisition, geoscientific data integration, predictive modeling, anomaly detection, visualization, and field deployment. The role requires strong scientific computing, Python, SQL, cloud, and machine-learning skills, along with experience deploying sensors in the field and collaborating with geoscientists and external partners. Candidates may be located anywhere in the United States or Canada, with 10–20% travel required.
