AECOM is seeking a Mineral Processing Practice Leader to drive the growth, technical excellence, and market leadership of its mineral processing business. The senior leadership role will define technical vision, lead multidisciplinary engineering and metallurgy teams, develop business across base, precious, critical, and industrial minerals markets, and serve as a subject-matter expert and client-facing thought leader. The role covers feasibility and design studies, process optimization, engineering, operational reviews, and technology selection, with a minimum requirement of a mining engineering or related bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of metallurgical, chemical, or mineral processing engineering experience.
