Description
Empire is hiring a MineStar Technician to install, configure, troubleshoot, repair, commission, and support Caterpillar MineStar Fleet, Terrain, and Command technology systems on mining machines in field and shop environments. The role includes diagnosing GNSS, onboard computers, displays, radios, wiring harnesses, and autonomous control components; preparing machines for deployment; maintaining client relations; and working safely in active mining and construction environments. The position is based at the Bagdad Mine Site, requires at least six months of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, a current driver’s license, and completion of the eTRAIN test, and pays $21.20–$54.02 per hour.
