Description
Ohana Pacific Health is hiring an MDS Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate completion of MDS assessments, care plans, electronic transmissions, and related documentation for residents. The role also coordinates interdisciplinary teams on resident assessment processes, reviews and corrects assessments and care documents, and supports reimbursement and resident-centered quality of care through accurate acuity and service documentation. Applicants must be graduates of an accredited nursing school, have at least one year of professional nursing experience, hold a current Hawaii Registered Nurse license, and maintain active RAC-CT certification.
