Description
The Senior Technical Liaison serves as the primary technical interface between Cummins and OEM customers during new product development, application, installation, and product-change activities. The role develops technical specifications, evaluates product selection and design options, resolves complex installation issues, validates prototype performance, applies ALD and Six Sigma methods, and advocates for customer needs within Cummins. It also coordinates technicians and student employees, mentors engineers, and leads complex projects or components. A bachelor's degree in engineering or an appropriate STEM field and prior senior or lead engineer experience are required; knowledge of MS Office tools is preferred.
