It requires 15+ years of mining experience, 5–10 years of leadership experience, technology rollout experience, and a university degree in Mining Engineering is highly preferred. The position is on-site during deployments, based in Arizona, California, Texas, or Wyoming, requires travel of up to 75%, and pays $81,000–$102,000 per year.
