Northern Star is hiring a Mining Engineer for its Open Pit Team at KCGM in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia, reporting to the Senior Drill & Blast Engineer. The role focuses on coordinating pit and ancillary designs, supporting weekly scheduling, and leading weekly to quarterly mine plans and reconciliations in an open pit hard rock mining environment. Candidates need at least 3 years of experience, proficiency in Deswik CAD and Scheduler, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and a tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering, along with a valid Australian Class C driver’s licence.
